THE COFFEE CLUB NZ WINS MEDIA CAMPAIGN OF THE YEAR


The Coffee Club Franchising New Zealand was thrilled and humbled to be awarded Media Campaign of the Year for their Gourmet Brioche Burgers National Promotion at the 22nd Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards 2016/2017, held on Saturday 12th November 2016 at the Grand Millennium Auckland. It was attended by hundreds of members of the Franchise Association of New Zealand (FANZ) and their guests.

This follows an impressive awards journey for the franchisor, who since 2012 has also won the top honour of Franchise System of the Year two years in a row as well as Food and Beverage Franchise System of the Year four years in a row.

“Our Gourmet Brioche Burgers campaign was successful because it took a popular and familiar meal item – the burger - and reimagined it in a soft brioche bun in three exciting and satisfying flavours – Chicken Caesar with Crispy Bacon, NZ Beef with Pickles and Caramelised Onion and Tempura Fish with Tartare and Red Onion. We created a new favourite that customers will return for again and again,” comments Marketing and Promotions Coordinator Andrew Merlino.

“We utilised an integrated and multiplatform national media campaign and, through efficient use of marketing spend, the campaign delivered strong sales results for The Coffee Club Group.“

The awards night is the annual showcase for outstanding performers in franchising and suppliers to the franchising sector. The Coffee Club New Zealand expressed gratitude to all those involved in the award, especially their customers all across NZ without whom none of this success and recognition would be possible.
