The Coffee Club New Zealand Support Team are responsible for developing, marketing, expanding, innovating and managing the strategic and operational aspects of The Coffee Club Group in New Zealand.

BRAD JACOBS  
DIRECTOR & PROPERTY MANAGER

Collectively, Brad has been with 
The Coffee Club for close to 20 years working across a range of roles, originally starting as a wash up boy in Cairns, North Queensland. He is very passionate about The Coffee Club Brand, the franchising industry and the retail market. Brad is a strategic thinker and is always looking for ways to ensure The Coffee Club is a leader in our market.

As joint director of 
The Coffee Club New Zealand, Brad's primary focus is on achieving operational excellence across our group in order to lead The Coffee Club's continuing expansion plans in New Zealand. Brad manages all property and franchising matters, being responsible for negotiating and securing new sites for The Coffee Club and recruiting new Franchisees to join our group.

Brad is also the current Chairman of the Franchise Association of New Zealand. 
 

 

ANDY LUCAS 
Dip Hosp   DIRECTOR & MARKETING MANAGER


Originally working in hotels across a range of departments, Andy has always had a passion for hospitality. Combining this genuine passion of food and beverage with his creative flair means he is always in touch with the current market trends. He is very passionate about The Coffee Club brand and aims to ensure The Coffee Club is the leading cafe brand in New Zealand.

As joint director of The Coffee Club New Zealand, Andy heads up the development and strategic planning of all national marketing campaigns for the group. This also incorporates advertising, sponsorships, national promotions and any other national related marketing campaigns.

 




SIMONE VARNIER  
TRAINING & OPERATIONS MANAGER


Continued support and development of TCC operations with a core focus on training. Provides intensive basic operations training for franchisees and team members over the course of new store openings and store sales and on an ongoing basis. Also coordinates new store openings and manages the transition for franchisees from the store opening period to ongoing relationships with the Business Development Managers.

Responsible for managing TCC's training academies and day to day management of TCC's supply chain.

Continued development of training plans and operational systems and procedures.

 


 

TATIANA SILVA
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

First point of contact for stores in all matters. Continued training, development and support to franchisees in the areas of franchisee 
development, business planning, people development, local area marketing, operational excellence, and financial management. Also assists with on going development of key operational projects.  

 

 






ASHA MADHAV   

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


First point of contact for stores in all matters. Continued training, development and support to franchisees in the areas of franchisee development, business planning, people development, local area marketing, operational excellence, and financial management. Also assists with on going development of key operational projects.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RUAN VAN EEDEN
FINANCE MANAGER


Ruan is responsible for the day to day accounting functions in the Support Office.  This includes weekly sales reporting, managing the cash flow and overseeing financial transactions with customers and suppliers as well as resolving any related financial issues.


 





NIKESH BHULA
BBA Mgt   BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ANALYST


Collects and maintains a range of sales and financial data. Responsible for identifying and analysing trends in customer spending, new product results and a range of other KPIs, which will assist The Coffee Club support team to make meaningful decisions in all areas of the business. First point of contact for POS including on going maintenance of POS system.






 

 


ALBY ANIYAN
BCom   NETWORK & FINANCE ASSISTANT


First point of contact for stores with regard to equipment repairs, maintenance and other property management matters. Assists with legal work including leases and franchise agreements. Also assists with site selection, franchisee recruitment and on going POS maintenance work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


IAN CANLAPAN  

CORPORATE TRAINER - GOOD FOOD


Provides intensive operations training for franchisees and team members over the course of new store openings, store sales and on an on-going basis. Specifically focused on the kitchen operations ensuring that all The Coffee Club stores are providing Good Food to our guests consistently every time. Also responsible for our food safety programme and ensuring that this is followed in all stores.









MANI IKITAU  

CORPORATE TRAINER - GREAT SERVICE & EXCELLENT COFFEE


Provides intensive operations training for franchisees and team members over the course of new store openings, store sales and on an on-going basis. Specifically focused on the front of house operations ensuring that all 
The Coffee Club stores are providing Great Service and Excellent Coffee to our guests consistently every time. 

 

 

 

 






ANDREW MERLINO  

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR


Develops and assists with local store marketing at store level including artwork design as required. Also assists with national marketing strategies. 

 









MICHAEL ALBAMONTE  
BBus IB & Mktg   MARKETING & PROMOTIONS ASSISTANT


Assists with national and local store marketing including artwork design for basic in-store signage as required. Responsible for managing The Coffee Club's VIP loyalty club and other marketing administration responsibilities.

BA  GRAPHIC DESIGNER & MARKETING ASSISTANT
