While each model still represents everything we love about The Coffee Club, they have been developed to suit a variety of site locations including shopping centres, restaurant precincts, outdoor dining destinations, high streets, stand-alone locations and transport hubs. The store model for our site locations is pre-determined by our Property Team who has the knowledge and experience in ensuring the most suitable model is paired with the right development site.

All of our cafes provide a range of all day breakfast, lunches, gourmet sandwiches (made on site), coffees, cold drinks and cakes. Some of cafes also provide a more restaurant style experience with full table service, longer opening hours and are also fully liquor licensed to provide a proper dining experience morning, day or night.

Depending on the location, you need an initial capital investment of around $440,000 – $480,000 and franchise and marketing fees are currently charged at 6% and 3% respectively.
